The Insider’s Guide to Content Mastery: Create 60 Pieces in Just 30 Minutes

Discover My 6-Step System That Will Transform Your Content Creation Process Forever.

Success is RARELY about one big thing.

It’s almost always the result of small actions done consistently over time.

But here’s the truth: every founder’s journey has inflection points—moments where a single decision, habit, or opportunity changes everything.

For me, one of those moments was the day I started prioritizing content.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve built not one, but THREE successful businesses. And while no single factor guaranteed their success, content was a game-changer.

Why? Because content isn’t just about growing an audience—it’s about increasing your surface area for opportunities:

  • Attracting new clients

  • Building incredible connections

  • Growing thriving communities

  • Generating serious revenue

To date, I’ve created over 25,000 pieces of content—and in the process, I’ve developed a system that lets me plan 60 days’ worth of content in just 30 minutes.

This system has revolutionized my workflow, and I believe it can do the same for you.

In today’s newsletter, I’ll walk you through my exact content planning process so you can grow your audience and brand exponentially.

Last Thursday, I hosted a workshop called How to Make an Extra $10k Per Month in Just 90 Days, and over 3,500 founders joined live.

Here’s what I covered:

  • The 2 key components to making an extra $10k/month

  • How to stand out online and attract your ideal clients/customers

  • My step-by-step method for gaining thousands of new followers each month

  • How to create no-brainer offers that people beg to buy

  • The 2 reasons most founders fail—and how to avoid them

These are the exact strategies I used to grow my personal brand from 0 to multiple six figures in less than a year.

I also reopened applications for my 12-week premium House of Founders Accelerator—an invitation-only program for founders serious about scaling their audience and revenue this year.

Now back to my system for planning 60 days of content in just 30 minutes:

#1 - Develop Content Categories

The first step is narrowing your focus to topics that align with your niche and expertise.

Brainstorm 5–7 core themes related to your brand or industry—topics broad enough to spark ideas but specific enough to keep you focused. These themes will form the foundation of your content strategy.

When defining your categories, ask yourself:

  • What problems does my audience want to solve?

  • What information are they searching for?

  • What goals are they trying to achieve?

By understanding their needs and desires, you’ll create content that speaks directly to them—and positions you as an authority in your niche.

Your unique selling proposition (USP) should also shine through in every piece of content. It sets you apart from competitors and builds trust with your audience.

Consistency is key here—it not only strengthens your brand identity but establishes credibility over time. When your audience sees you consistently delivering valuable insights within your themes, they’ll view you as a trusted expert in your space.

#2 - Break It Down with Sub-Topics

Once you’ve nailed down your core themes, it’s time to get specific. Break each theme into at least five sub-topics to add variety and depth to your content.

This approach keeps your audience engaged by covering different angles of your niche while attracting a broader range of followers.

When brainstorming sub-topics, think creatively:

  • What unique perspectives can you bring?

  • How can you dive deeper into each theme?

Rich, detailed content not only keeps your audience hooked but also positions you as an authority in your space.

Pro tip: Research what your competitors and industry leaders are publishing. Spot the gaps in their content and fill them with your unique insights. This is how you stand out and dominate your niche.

Lastly, revisit and refine your themes and sub-topics regularly. Your audience’s needs will evolve, and staying relevant ensures you continue delivering value that resonates.

#3 - Choose the Right Content Types & Formats

With your sub-topics ready, the next step is deciding how to present them. The right content type and format can make all the difference in engaging your audience.

Here are some popular content types:

  • Listicles

  • How-to guides

  • Interviews

  • Actionable tips

  • Personal stories

  • Opinions or breakdowns of trends/content

And formats can include:

  • Blog posts

  • Infographics

  • Podcasts

  • Videos

Match each sub-topic with the type and format that best fits both the message and your audience’s preferences. For example, if your audience loves quick wins, actionable tips in a short video might be ideal.

Don’t forget to experiment—test different formats to see what resonates most with your audience. And here’s a hack: repurpose high-performing content across multiple formats.

For instance:

  • Turn a Twitter thread into a video or podcast episode.

  • Combine related posts into an eBook or mini-course.

Repurposing not only saves time but also helps you reach new segments of your audience who prefer different ways of consuming content. It’s a win-win for engagement and efficiency!

#4 - Build a Content Matrix

Now that you’ve nailed your sub-topics and content types, it’s time to organize them into a content matrix—your ultimate planning tool.

This matrix acts as a quick-reference guide to map out exactly what content you’ll create and when. By pairing sub-topics with content types, you’ll generate a diverse range of ideas that can be scheduled over your 60-day plan.

Here’s how to create it:

  • Use a spreadsheet or project management tool (like Trello or Notion).

  • List your core themes in rows and content types in columns.

  • Fill the cells with specific content ideas based on your sub-topics.

This visual layout makes it easy to spot gaps, avoid redundancies, and ensure consistent coverage of your niche.

Pro tip: Incorporate seasonal or timely topics into your matrix. Capitalizing on trends or events relevant to your audience can boost engagement and keep your content fresh.

#5 - Maximize Creativity with Templates & Trends

When it’s time to create, don’t start from scratch—leverage templates, creativity, and popular trends to streamline production and keep your content engaging.

Templates work wonders for recurring formats like listicles or how-to guides. They provide structure, so you can quickly plug in new ideas without reinventing the wheel every time.

Stay sharp by monitoring trends in your niche and the broader marketing space. If something is generating buzz, find a way to incorporate it into your content while staying true to your brand’s voice and expertise.

For example:

  • If a hot topic emerges in your industry, create a breakdown or opinion piece around it.

  • Use trending hashtags or formats to amplify reach without losing focus on your niche.

And don’t forget the power of collaboration—partnering with influencers or creators in your space can help you tap into new audiences, boost credibility, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

The combination of templates, trends, and partnerships will not only save you time but also elevate the quality of your content—keeping it relevant, engaging, and impactful.

#6 - Schedule, Track, and Optimize

With your content matrix ready and your content created, the next step is to put it into action.

Consistency is everything in content marketing. Establish a regular posting schedule that aligns with your audience’s habits and stick to it like clockwork.

Use scheduling tools like Hypefury for Twitter or Taplio for LinkedIn to automate your posts. This saves you time while ensuring your content goes live exactly when planned—keeping your presence consistent across platforms.

Once your content is out there, don’t just set it and forget it. Monitor its performance to uncover what truly resonates with your audience:

  • Track metrics like views, shares, comments, and conversions.

  • Identify the formats, topics, and types of content driving the most engagement.

The goal? Adapt and refine your strategy based on what works best. Double down on the winners, tweak the underperformers, and continuously optimize to maximize impact.

And there you have it—my system for planning 60 days of content in just 30 minutes.

I hope you found it valuable.
